This study was conducted to examine what factors shape reseller purchasing decisions. used a quantitative approach by collecting data using questionnaires and then organizing the SPSS SMART-PLS. The questionnaire distributed 68 respondents who were resellers from PT Dwitunggal Kencana Raya. research Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). derived previous studies rational emotional factors. Rational included product, brand image, price, distribution, promotion, service quality, information warranty. Emotional job assessment, incentives interpersonal. results of this indicated that can be decisions at Jaguar Star for management.
